30 day Cardio Challenge


I suck at explaining things but I will try my best. As the title says its a 30 day cardio challenge. It starts mon Jan 7th. It for anyone and everyone who wants a change physically for this year. Plus its free. For the thirty days the trainer will send an daily emails on what to do for that day. It seems easy enough. I just hope that I stay committed for these thirty days.
